Dear Esteemed Clients, Partners, and Stakeholders,
I extend heartfelt gratitude to each of you who contributed to the success of our mission, especially as we approach the end of 2025.
Although it has been a challenging year for our organization, we have kept our eyes on our vision of providing simple, decent, and affordable housing for everyone created by God.
In July, we celebrated our annual National Day Build, and through the support of our partners and donors (worthy of mention being the Fuller Center for Housing, Americus Georgia, Selavip International and Etex Group), we provided homes for 20 needy families whose lives are set to be transformed as they now have a home to call their own.
Listening to some of the beneficiaries like Mrs. Simbiat, a single mother, and Mr. Joseph Otanwa, a police officer nearing retirement, reminded us that our work changes lives in real and lasting ways.
Our collaboration with Etex/Nigerite strengthened further this year through a joint workshop and project tour, expanding innovation pathways for sustainable construction. We were also honoured to host the leadership of the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MoFI) and the Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF), which led to off-take financing for 51 homes from our GrandLuvu 3B Estate, advancing access to low-cost mortgages for everyday Nigerians.
We deepened our global partnerships as well, welcoming Empowa, whose digital housing solutions will soon support repayments for beneficiaries of our zero-profit, zero-interest homes. And we were delighted to host the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA Abuja Chapter) for a knowledge exchange that strengthened the intersection between architecture, innovation, and housing finance.
Entering the new year, I am optimistic and excited about what lies ahead. Our cities require balance, and we are poised to play a pivotal role in achieving this equilibrium. Together, we’ll push the boundaries of innovation, collaboration, and sustainable development.
In the spirit of the season, we’ve chosen to learn from our challenges while we look forward to a new year filled with significant milestones as we commit to more sustainable, green, climate-smart housing projects.
Your unwavering support has been our driving force, and I am confident that together, we will make a great impact on the lives of hardworking Nigerians needing decent and affordable homes.
Thank you for being part of our journey. Wishing you a joyous holiday season and a prosperous New Year.
