I extend heartfelt gratitude to each one of you who contributed to the success of our mission, especially as we approach the end of 2023. Together, we have moved closer to our shared vision of providing simple, decent, and affordable housing for everyone created by God.
Reflecting on the past year, it brings me immense joy to celebrate the progress we’ve made. As an EDGE-certified organization, with our GrandLuvu3B Estate project and some of our staff members recognized, we continue to innovate and create sustainable, climate-smart homes.
In 2023, we impacted the lives of average-income earners with flexible payment options. Many are now proud homeowners in our estates, a testament to our unwavering commitment to transforming lives through our projects.
The Executive Governor of Nasarawa, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule fulfilled his promise by completing the major access road leading to our major projects. We were also privileged to host Ian Shapiro, CEO of Reall UK.
Our commitment to empowering communities and youths through construction skills development remains strong. Visits from the CORBON-NIOB management team and other stakeholders highlight our dedication to capacity building and sustaining our vision.
Entering the new year, I am filled with optimism and excitement for what lies ahead. Our cities require balance, and we are poised to play a pivotal role in achieving this equilibrium. Together, we’ll push the boundaries of innovation, collaboration, and sustainable development.
In the spirit of the season, we’ve chosen to learn from our challenges, celebrate our achievements, and look forward to a 2024 filled with even more significant milestones.
