Samuel Odia, the CEO of the Millard Fuller Foundation, was honored with the Excellence in Affordable Housing Award at the 7th Nigeria Affordable Housing Finance and Innovation Summit and Expo, held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the Shehu Musa Ya’adua Centre, CBD, Abuja.
The event featured prominent figures from the housing sector who engaged in meaningful discussions aligned with this year’s theme, “Disrupting Housing Finance for Inclusive Development.” The primary goal of the annual Housing Finance Summit is to foster innovation in building technology, housing finance, cooperative housing, and the digitization of processes to enhance the large-scale delivery and effective demand for affordable housing.
