Dear Esteemed Clients, Partners, and Stakeholders,
I extend heartfelt gratitude to each of you who contributed to the success of our mission this year. Together, we have moved closer to our shared vision of providing simple, decent, and affordable housing for everyone created by God.
Earlier in the year, I was selected by the Housing Minister as a member of the Multi-Agency Delivery Task Team under the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. This experience has allowed us to contribute to shaping housing policy and reform in Nigeria, aligned with the current administration’s agenda for housing and urban development.
In November, we celebrated a significant moment as our Executive Director of Projects, Olufunmilayo Odia, was inducted into the College of Fellows of the Nigerian Institute of Architects. This is a fitting recognition of her exceptional contributions to architecture and affordable housing.
Also, we not only hosted visits from esteemed organizations in a bid to collaborate and strengthen our resolve to make housing accessible and sustainable, but we also received the Excellence in Affordable Housing Award at the 7th Nigeria Affordable Housing Finance and Innovation Summit. This honour recognises our modest contributions to the housing space and motivates us to continue driving innovation in the sector.
Through the support of our partners and donors, we provided homes for three needy families whose lives are set to be transformed as they now have a home to call their own.
We look forward to a new year filled with even more significant milestones while committing to more sustainable, green, climate-smart housing projects.
Your unwavering support is the driving force behind our success. I am confident that together, we will make an even greater impact on the lives of hardworking Nigerians needing decent and affordable homes.
