MFF Housing Ltd, the for-profit arm of the Millard Fuller Foundation, held its inaugural Board of Directors’ meeting on Thursday, 26th July 2018.

The meeting which was held at the Fuller head office had in attendance, Solomon Yero – the Chairman of the Board, Sam Odia – the CEO of MFF Housing, Funmi Odia – the Executive Director of MFF Housing, Simon Gusah – a renowned architect and urban planner, Fusi Akinkugbe – a chartered accountant, Godwin Ehigiamusoe – the CEO of Lapo Micro Finance Bank, and Ijeoma Paul-Atiyota – the Company Secretary.

MFF Housing officially commenced its operations on Monday, 2nd July 2018. The newly constituted board is tasked with the responsibility of charting the course through which MFF Housing will step up the scale of affordable housing delivery to the Nigerian market in a manner that ensures sustainability, while its parent company, The Millard Fuller Foundation, will focus on delivering houses at zero-profit and with zero-interest to a smaller segment of the population who do not have access to basic housing.
