The Millard Fuller Foundation on Thursday, 16th January 2020 attended a sensitization forum on Lands, Housing and Urban Development multilateral programmes of collaboration.
The event with the theme, Achieving National Housing and Urban Development Goals: Opportunities for Partnership and Collaboration, was aimed at sensitizing Nigerians on the forthcoming Urban/Cities renewal summit scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The event which was attended by the Minister of State for Housing, Engr. Abubakar D. Aliyu and other notable figures within the ministry had several presentations, one of which made by the CEO of Fuller, Sam Odia where he reiterated on the need for more affordable house in Nigeria. He also enlightened the participants on how Fuller was able to achieve the feat of building the lowest-priced house in Africa.
Other housing organisations were also represented at the event which brought together major stakeholders in the housing value chain.
