In partnership with REALL UK and with funding from DFID, SIDA and several other international donor organizations Fuller is expanding its Nigerian operations in a bid to better fulfill its vital role and help tackle the debilitating scourge of poverty housing & homelessness.
As part of a growing pipeline of upcoming projects, Fuller embarked on a 400-unit incremental housing called the GrandLuvu Estate. The GrandLuvu Estate is a venture targeted primarily at ordinary Nigerians earning between N50, 000 and N150, 000 a month. Currently, the organization has completed construction of 92 units of 46 blocks at this new location. This development, situated at Luvu-Madaki, Masaka, near Abuja comprises 200 numbers of studio apartments (expandable to 1-bedroom) and 200 numbers of 1-bedroom (expandable to 2-bedroom) apartments. These will be sold to first-time home buyers on an owner-occupier basis for as little as N10, 500 per month with mortgages provided by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria through its low-income informal sector window. The cost of the expandable studio apartments is N1.65M while the cost of the expandable 1-bedroom apartments will be N2.53M only!!
